大家好！新学年伊始，能够与大家一同开启这段美好旅程，我们深感荣幸。自我们担任古北耀华校长以来，心中始终怀抱着同一个信念：让每一位孩子在艺术的熏陶中获得自信，在学术的挑战中收获坚实，并在升学的路上赢得先机。
在古北耀华，我们欣赏这里浓厚的艺术气息与师生间的艺术火花的激情碰撞。新学年里，我们将继续守护并强化“艺术+学术+升学规划”的三位一体发展：
• 艺术维度：我们将进一步丰富校园浓郁的艺术氛围，定期开展富有创意的展演与交流活动，激发孩子的想象力与表达力。
• 学术维度：在稳固基础学科的同时，融入多元化的探究式教学，帮助学生建立开阔的知识视野与自主学习能力。
• 升学维度：今年我们增加了一位升学指导老师，目的是可以提早介入学生升学规划，通过一对一沟通与老师围讲座，让孩子和家长在更早阶段便对目标院校与专业要求有清晰认识，从容应对未来选择。
与此同时，我们将持续优化软硬件条件，邀请更多海内外专家来校指导，并与家长保持紧密沟通，形成无缝衔接的教育合力。相信在“学校—家庭—社会”三方协同下，孩子们必能在艺术舞台上绽放自我，也能在学术赛道上稳步前行。

Dear Parents of Yew Wah School of Shanghai Gubei,
Greetings! As the new academic year begins, we are deeply honored to embark on this wonderful journey with you. Since assuming the roles of Co-Principals at Yew Wah School of Shanghai Gubei, we have held fast to a single conviction: that every child should gain confidence through artistic immersion, build a solid foundation through academic challenge, and secure an early advantage in their future education planning.
Here at Yew Wah School of Shanghai Gubei, we especially cherish the rich artistic atmosphere and the passionate spark that ignites whenever teachers and students come together. In the year ahead, we will continue to nurture and strengthen our “Arts + Academics + University Counseling” three-pillar approach:
• Arts Dimension: We will further enhance the campus’s vibrant artistic environment by regularly hosting creative showcases and exchange activities to ignite students’ imagination and expressive skills.
• Academics Dimension: While reinforcing core subjects, we will integrate diverse, inquiry-based teaching methods to help students develop a broad intellectual horizon and independent learning abilities.
• Counseling Dimension: This year we have added a new CUGO so that we can begin students’ post-secondary planning even earlier. Through one-on-one meetings and small-group workshops, both students and parents will gain a clear understanding of target schools and program requirements well in advance, allowing for confident, informed decisions about the future.
At the same time, we will continue to optimize our facilities and digital platforms, invite more domestic and international experts to campus, and maintain close communication with parents to form a seamless, collaborative educational partnership. We firmly believe that, with the synergy of school, family, and community, our students will not only shine on the artistic stage but also make steady strides along the academic path.

Christine Carey
外籍校长
Christine Carey女士在加拿大开始了她的教育职业生涯，曾担任“天赋和才能”课程的教师。这段经历坚定了她的信念：好的教学就是好的教学，无论学生的年龄或本身成就如何。随后，她于2010年在巴布亚新几内亚接触到国际教育，并开始在国际学校工作至今。2015年，Carey女士加入了耀中耀华教育网络，成为上海耀中外籍人员子女学校浦东校区的一名教师。
Carey女士曾先后担任过上海耀中浦东校区小学及中学部学生支持主管以及耀华国际教育学校上海临港校区副校长的职位。2024年1月，她作为外籍助理校长加入桐乡耀华学校管理团队，接替了何大明先生的大部分外籍校长职责，以使何大明先生可以有更多时间执行其教育总监之职。
Carey女士拥有英语文学荣誉学士学位和教育学学士学位，具备特殊需求专业资格，以及教育领导硕士学位。此外，她还持有英国国家校长职业资格证书。
梅爱冰 Michael Mei
华籍校长
梅爱冰先生于天津⼤学获得学士学位，其后前往亚利桑那州⽴⼤学深造，取得⼼理学硕⼠学位。
他曾在知名国际学校担任数学⽼师及管理岗位，拥有丰富的教学实践和教育管理经验。
梅先生具备国际化视野，擅长开展多元化、国际化的课堂教学，致力于发展并完善融合课程，将全人教育植根于每一堂课中。
他还带领学生参加各种学术竞赛，助力学子们入读世界一流大学。
张锐 Ray Zhang
学校业务总经理
Ray Zhang先生于2020年加入上海耀华古北校区，在加入上海耀华古北校区之前，他曾在上海耀中 (浦东校区) 担任了3年的学校业务总经理。
Ray Zhang先生拥有英国卡迪夫大学运营和物流管理硕士学位，以及荷兰汉恩大学物流管理学士学位。在荷兰的物流业和北京的媒体行业积累了丰富而宝贵的经验。
