这个项目每年只招90人，一个班的规模，所以更看重"匹配度"而不是单纯的学校背景和GPA。

问题1回答示例：
My long-term goal is to become a sustainable finance professional who can turn environmental and social risks into clear accounting and investment decisions. In the next five years, I want to work in an asset manager or a bank’s sustainable finance team, building models that connect financial materiality, including margins, cash flows, and cost of capital, with impact metrics that actually move the needle. In the long term, I hope to lead sustainable capital allocation, using tools like green bonds and sustainability-linked loans.
This builds on how I already work. In my internships, I learned to turn messy operational data into guardrails people can use, such as templates for pricing, inventory, and receivables. In your programme, I aim to leverage sustainability data similarly, mapping disclosures into decision rules, running climate and policy scenarios, and translating these into actionable funding, hedging, or engagement strategies.
What excites me about your programme is the combination of sustainability accounting, ESG analytics, and market practice. I’m looking to graduate with clear goals, build a small, testable model, and convert the output into governance and execution that create both financial return and real-world outcomes.

问题2回答示例：
I faced real pushback during a summer internship at a mainland tech company. The month-end nearly stalled because 90-day receivables spiked after a promotion. Sales said it was seasonal, finance pushed provisions, and legal flagged contracts. I suggested building a simple ageing dashboard by client tier and dispute reason, and our team agreed on three lanes, including fast-track genuine disputes to legal, structured payment plans for reliable clients, and a temporary credit freeze with a clear path back for chronic issues.
Through this process, I followed two major principles: protect cash flow and preserve relationships. We also added a sustainability element that has no aggressive collections near public holidays, and flexibility for small-business clients under verified hardship. We documented the policy, so it was fair and repeatable.
By month-end, 90-plus-day AR shrank, DSO improved, and the workflow became an SOP. What I learned is that adversity usually means unclear standards. Through common data, simple rules, and calm communication, the problem can normally be solved. In your programme, I want to scale this with sustainability accounting and risk tools so that policies balance performance with people and reputational risk, and hold up in audits and investor reviews.

问题3回答示例：
I am most proud of extending a standard discounted cash flow in a corporate finance case with a sustainability lens. The base model looked attractive on paper. I pulled public disclosures, estimated operational emissions, and ran a carbon price sensitivity to see how rising carbon costs might affect margins, capital expenditure, and terminal value.
Through this process, I kept the mechanics transparent with three scenarios and clear assumptions. The analysis showed that under a realistic carbon path, the project fell below the hurdle rate. As a result, I recommended a phased retrofit financed with a green bond so the firm could lower exposure and still meet return targets.
The memo was later used as an example of a decision-ready model. What I learned is that even small, structured adjustments can make financial analysis more resilient to real-world risks. In your programme, I want to keep building this skill so that outputs are auditable, useful to managers and investors, and aligned with measurable impact.

【小建议汇总】
